Agilyx Completes Acquisition of GreenDot Global Stake
Agilyx has completed the acquisition of a 44% stake in GreenDot Global, a pan-European circular recycling platform.
GreenDot is the largest circular plastic recycling platform in Europe and the third largest recycling company in Germany.
- The transaction values GreenDot at a post-money enterprise value of €197m ($228.9m).
- Agilyx invested €52m for the 44% stake, comprising €32m in newly issued shares and €20m in cash.
The acquisition was first announced in July 2025.
