For years, many Chiefs fans had to choose between attending church and watching their team play at Arrowhead Stadium on Sundays.
In 2014, Chiefs owner Clark Hunt introduced the Faith and Family Chapel, located next to the southern corner of the stadium, to provide a solution.
“What started as a simple pregame service has grown into something much bigger,”
said Cedric Hardimon, pastor at Life.Church East Kansas City. The non-denominational worship service is held every Sunday morning when the Chiefs have a home game scheduled at noon.
