Dame Helen Mirren will be honored with the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the 2026 Golden Globes. The award ceremony will take place during the new Golden Eve special on January 8, 2026, where the recipient of the Carol Burnett Award will also be celebrated.

It is a profound honor to present her with the Cecil B. DeMille Award.”
Known for roles in Thursday Murder Club and MobLand, Mirren has an impressive list of accolades including three Golden Globes, an Academy Award, four BAFTAs, four Primetime Emmys, five Screen Actors Guild Awards, a Peabody Award, a Laurence Olivier Award, and a Tony Award.
Previous recipients of this prestigious award include legendary figures such as Walt Disney, Audrey Hepburn, Sidney Poitier, Judy Garland, Elizabeth Taylor, Robert Redford, Barbra Streisand, Meryl Streep, Tom Hanks, and Oprah Winfrey.
The 2026 Golden Globes' Golden Eve special will air in January on CBS and Paramount+.
