Young Indian opener Abhishek Sharma and spinner Varun Chakaravarthy continue to lead the ICC Men’s T20 Players’ Rankings, announced recently.

Top Batters

Abhishek Sharma holds the top position among batters with 925 rating points, ahead of England’s Phil Salt and Tilak Verma. T20 captain Suryakumar Yadav is the only other Indian in the top 10, ranking eighth.

Leading Bowlers

Hardik Pandya is the sole Indian among the top 10 all-rounders, ranked fourth. Pakistan’s Saim Ayub leads this category, followed by Zimbabwe’s Sikandar Raza and West Indies’ Roston Chase.

Several Pakistani players showed improvements just months before hosting the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, signaling promising prospects.
