Men's T20I Rankings: Abhishek Sharma and Varun Chakravarthy Lead
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released its latest T20I rankings for men, with Indian players Abhishek Sharma and Varun Chakravarthy holding the top positions among batters and bowlers respectively.
Top Batters
Young opener Abhishek Sharma leads the batter rankings with 925 rating points. He is followed by England’s Phil Salt and Tilak Verma. Another Indian batsman, T20 captain Suryakumar Yadav, ranks eighth in the top 10 list.
Leading Bowlers
Spinner Varun Chakravarthy remains the highest-ranked T20I bowler. Australia’s seamer Josh Hazlewood has climbed two spots to tenth place after impressive performances against India. Chakravarthy is closely followed by West Indies’ Akeal Hosain and Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan. No other Indian bowlers are featured near the top of the rankings.
Allrounder Rankings
Hardik Pandya is the sole Indian allrounder in the top 10, ranking fourth among T20 allrounders.
