Leeds Bus Diversions and Cancellations Due to A64 Flyover Roadworks
Drivers in Leeds will face delays as overnight roadworks begin on the A64 Flyover, affecting New York Road and Marsh Lane slip road from Monday, November 3, between 7pm and 6am.
Bus Diversions
- Service 7 toward Leeds Bus Station will divert via Marsh Lane and York Street.
- Service 7 toward Harrogate will divert through St Peter’s Street, Duke Street, and Marsh Lane.
- The Victoria L stop on Vicar Lane will not be in operation during the works.
Additional Road Closures
Roadworks on Potternewton Lane will lead to closures from Monday, November 3, to Tuesday, November 18, between 9:30am and 3:30pm.
- First Bus 7 will divert along Scott Hall Road and Stainbeck Lane in both directions.
Other Disruptions Across Leeds
- Station Road bridge in Cross Gates continues to be closed for demolition and rebuilding.
- The Farsley ring road, from Dawsons Corner roundabout to Rodley roundabout, will be closed overnight from 8pm to 5am on November 3 and 4.
- Ongoing disruption will continue around Dawsons Corner and the Stanningley Bypass until May 2026.
- The Wide Lane slip road in Morley will stay closed until Sunday, November 30, with diversions for services 65, 200, and 201.
Roads Reopened
Station Road in Kippax has reopened after roadworks. Meanwhile, the closure on Branch Road in Lower Wortley is scheduled to end on Friday, November 7.
