Oasis' Liam Gallagher Calls Out

Liam Gallagher Condemns Dangerous Flare Incident at Melbourne Show

During Oasis’s sold-out concert on October 31st in Melbourne, a concertgoer launched a flare into the crowd, prompting an angry response from Liam Gallagher. The event took place at Marvel Stadium, part of the band’s three-show series in Australia.

According to eyewitnesses, the flare went off near the end of the performance as Oasis closed the night with their signature track “Champagne Supernova.” Many initially mistook it for part of the stage effects.

“Then very quickly I saw it explode and expand a bit further, and then somebody actually pick up the live flair and toss it back in the air and created more fire and smoke in a different area,”

said concert attendee Brad Bultman, interviewed by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. “I was like, ‘Oh geez’ — you hope nobody gets hurt.”

Bultman added that Gallagher first joked from the stage, telling the audience, “naughty, naughty, naughty,” before later posting an expletive-filled message on social media aimed at the person responsible.

“To the massive CUNT who launched that flare into the crowd last night at the gig in Melbourne you are 1 seriously fucked up individual and you will get yours trust me,”

wrote Gallagher on X (formerly Twitter).
