Liam Gallagher Calls Out 'Massive C---' Who Launched Flare at Oasis Show

Liam Gallagher Condemns Fan Over Flare Incident at Oasis Concert

During Oasis' concert in Melbourne, Australia, Liam Gallagher strongly criticized a fan who threw a flare into the crowd. The outburst came as the band performed the closing song of their set.

"To the massive C--- who launched that flare into the crowd last night at the gig in Melbourne, you are one seriously messed-up individual and you will get yours, trust me," Gallagher wrote on X (formerly Twitter) after the show.

The incident occurred during the last song, Champagne Supernova, at Marvel Stadium. A video shared online showed the concertgoer waving the flare before throwing it toward the audience. At first, some attendees believed the flare was part of the performance.

"Then very quickly I saw it explode and expand, and then somebody actually pick up the live flare and toss it back in the air, creating more fire and smoke in another area," said Brad Bultman, who attended the show. "I was like, 'Oh geez' — you hope nobody gets hurt."

Gallagher commented onstage after the song ended, jokingly saying, "naughty, naughty, naughty," before moving on. The Melbourne performance marked the start of Oasis' Australian leg of the Live '25 reunion tour, which began on July 4. The band is scheduled for more shows in Melbourne and Sydney before heading to South America later in the month.
