MEXICO CITY (AP) — Jalen Duren scored a career-high 33 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, helping the Detroit Pistons pull away in the fourth quarter to defeat the Dallas Mavericks 122-110 on Saturday night. Cade Cunningham contributed 21 points and a career-best 18 assists.
