Marie Schoeb leads the dynamic personal injury team at Busciglio Sheridan & Schoeb. A Florida native, she has lived in the Tampa Bay area her entire life. This year marks her tenth year serving the legal needs of the community.
Marie Schoeb is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She began her career as a prosecutor in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit, quickly advancing to Lead Trial Attorney. There, she handled a wide range of cases, from DUIs to first-degree murder.
Currently, Marie is a strong advocate in both criminal and civil litigation. Her focus areas include personal injury, first-party property claims, and criminal and traffic defense.
Marie’s courtroom successes against major insurance companies have earned her awards such as Super Lawyers Rising Star, recognition as one of Tampa Bay Magazine’s Top Attorneys, and a Top 10 Attorney title by NAOPIA.
In addition to her legal talents, Marie is a skilled negotiator, a devoted mother and spouse, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
