The 1,004-room, 82-floor Ciel Dubai Marina will become the latest luxury hotel in Dubai, known for its glamour and superlatives.
Opening in November, Ciel Marina Dubai stands at 1,237 feet tall, aiming to be the world's tallest hotel.
