Transfer of Judges to Delhi High Court
The Central government has notified the transfer of three judges to the Delhi High Court.
Justices Dinesh Mehta and Avneesh Jhingan from the Rajasthan High Court and Justice Chandrasekharan Sudha from the Kerala High Court have been transferred.
The Supreme Court Collegium had recommended their transfers after meetings held on! August 26 and 27.
This development follows an earlier round of transfers to Delhi from other High Courts, with six judges recently taking oath as judges of the Delhi High Court.
The transfers were recommended by the Supreme Court Collegium.
