Two men have been arrested following reports of deer poaching in Telford on Monday.
Officers were called at 3:30am to reports of people poaching deer in the area. After enquiries, they attended an address in Sutton Hill, where they found the remains of a deer and arrested two men on suspicion of animal cruelty and poaching.
A dog with serious injuries was also found at the address and taken away for treatment. The men, aged 20 and 37, have been released on bail as enquiries continue.
