Brio and Bravo get strategic investment from R&R Brands

R&R Brands Invests in Brio and Bravo

R&R Brands, a new multibrand restaurant group led by Scott Taylor, has made a strategic investment in Brio Italian Grill and Bravo Italian Kitchen.

The two Italian casual-dining chains, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in August, will be managed by R&R Brands. Previously, they were owned and operated by Earl Enterprises, the parent company of Bertucci’s, Planet Hollywood, and Earl of Sandwich.

R&R Brands' portfolio includes Party Fowl, Cody’s Original Roadhouse, Santa Fe Cattle Co., Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, and two movie theaters. Brio and Bravo will join these brands under the new management.

The new agreement aims to revitalize the two Italian casual-dining chains.
