Following the death of Diane Keaton, aged 79, tributes have poured in from across Hollywood with Ben Stiller honouring the Oscar-winner's legacy.
A family spokesperson confirmed to People that Keaton had died in California on October 11th; no further details have been given, and her cause of death remains undisclosed.
The Keaton family have asked for privacy during this time.
The late star won the Academy Award for ‘Best Actress’ thanks to her performance in Woody Allen’s Annie Hall in 1977.
She was also nominated in the same category on a further three occasions for Reds, Marvin’s Room, and Something’s Gotta Give.
