Pitt County Launches County-Wide Strategic Planning Process
Community members are invited to participate by providing input through Pitt County's online engagement platform, Social Pinpoint.
Pitt County has launched its first comprehensive county-wide strategic planning process to establish long-term priorities and guide policy, budget, and service delivery decisions for the next five years and beyond.
Strategic planning is a key process that ensures we are effectively using resources, prioritizing services, and preparing for changing community needs
said Benji Holloman, Chair of the Board of County Commissioners. This initiative will provide a clear roadmap to align county departments, employees, and community partners around shared goals and a common vision for the future.
