Residents Evacuated After Partial Collapse of Apartment Walkway in Pomona
Residents were evacuated from a Pomona apartment complex after a partial collapse of a second-story walkway.
Around 7 p.m. on Wednesday, firefighters responded to the incident at a complex on the 800 block of South Buena Vista Avenue, according to Jonathan Torres, public information officer with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
- Six units of the complex were red-tagged.
- Residents, including children and a dog, were evacuated and gathered in the parking lot.
No injuries were reported.
