Quirky Coffee Bar in an Alley
An IT engineer has set up a $50K coffee bar in an alley, serving $3 lattes while fixing clients' IT issues.
The coffee bar, named SEIN Coffee Bar, is located in Jalan Pemimpin and has a no-frills, unpretentious atmosphere.

Despite its modest appearance, the owner, Tan Jin Liang, invested $50K in the coffee bar, which features automatic coffee machines and a few chairs.
The coffee bar is run by Tan, who also owns a small back-end support firm upstairs, and he spends most of his day downstairs making coffee for office workers.
