FPC Sues California to Strike Down Gov. Newsom’s New “Glock Ban”
Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC), joined by the National Rifle Association, Second Amendment Foundation, and three FPC members, filed a major new federal lawsuit—Jaymes v. Bonta—to block California’s unconstitutional new ban on Glock and Glock-style handguns.
