Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are competing to sign Palmeiras centre-forward Vitor Roque ahead of the January window, according to Ekrem Konur.
Vitor Roque initially gained prominence at Athletico Paranaense, scoring 22 goals in 66 appearances. His performances sparked interest from European teams, leading to a move to Barcelona.
