China to Promote High-Level Opening-Up
Chinese Premier Li Qiang announced that China will firmly promote high-level opening-up and optimize its business environment.
Li made this statement at a China-Singapore business roundtable during his official visit to Singapore, where he was joined by Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong.
