Eight-year-old Connor Moulton has won his own battle, crossing the finish line after a two-year fight with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

The fear that comes with childhood cancer is unlike anything else.

Connor faced numerous challenges, including losing his ability to walk twice, but is now cancer-free.

V8 SuperUtes driver Jimmy Vernon, an ambassador for the Kids with Cancer Foundation, became a friendly face for Connor during his toughest days in hospital and helped celebrate his victory at the Bathurst 1000.
