Woods is set to embark on a Christmas tour, with stops in Sault and Bruce Mines, and had requested former musical collaborators to join him.
They are long retired and living the good life, travelling in the big motorhome
Woods had asked Gary and Nadine Boles, fellow musicians from Fergus, Ont., to join him on tour, as vocalist Naomi Bristow was unavailable due to recently giving birth.
However, the Boles did not take Woods' request seriously at first.
