A judge has ruled that Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk, will be allowed to wear street clothes during his trial, but must be physically restrained.

Judge Tony Graf made the decision during a virtual court hearing on Monday. Robinson, 22, is accused of assassinating right-wing political activist Charlie Kirk during a speaking engagement at Utah Valley University in September.

Utah County attorney Jeff Gray said they will seek the death penalty in this case.
