Shubman Gill Achieves Milestone
Shubman Gill, the Indian captain, has become the 2nd Indian captain after Virat Kohli to hit 5 test hundreds in a calendar year.
Gill slammed his 10th test century during the second test match against West Indies at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
On day 2 of the test, Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal resumed India's batting, with Jaiswal scoring 175 runs before being dismissed due to an unlucky run-out.
Gill then took the lead, forming partnerships of 91 runs with Nitish Kumar Reddy and 102 runs with Dhruv Jurel, reaching a significant milestone in the process.
