Disqualified Driver Pulled Over Twice in 10 Minutes
A 58-year-old man with a questionable driving history was caught driving twice in 10 minutes while disqualified, according to police.
The man was stopped in South Bathurst, with the second location being approximately one kilometer from the first, police said.
Court Hearing
Said Abi-Merhi, 58, of Stewart Street, Mitchell, appeared in Bathurst Local Court on October 1, 2025, to be sentenced on two charges of driving during a disqualification period.
He's completed a referral into treatment program, court hears.

- The vehicle was stopped for roadside testing.
