Apple Releases iOS 26.1
Apple today released iOS 26.1, the first major update to the iOS 26 operating system.
- Compatible with iPhone 11 series and later, as well as the second-generation iPhone SE.
- Available over-the-air by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
New Features
- Liquid Glass toggle to increase opacity for less translucency.
- Alarms and Timers now require a swipe to turn off.
- Option to turn off the Lock Screen Camera swipe.
- Apple Intelligence and AirPods Live Translation available in additional languages.
- Small changes to Settings, Music, TV, Phone, Fitness, Photos, and Safari.
Available for download on eligible iPhones.
