The Rochester Arts and Crafts Festival is being held at the Empire Events Center this weekend.
On October 11 and 12, from 10 a.m., people can visit various booths to check out the work of emerging artists from Minnesota.
The festival offers a wide range of items, including word carvings, pottery, kirigami, paintings, photographs, jewelry, and more.
Organizers say they’d like to bring it back next year, possibly as a Christmas show.
One vendor, Karen Wedul, also known as Scattered Sunshine, creates mosaic designs on silver plates found in antique stores, giving them new life.
