Man City Await Verdict on 115 Charges
According to Stefan Borson, Manchester City may receive an email regarding the verdict on their 115 charges case within days.
Man City have been waiting over two years for a resolution, after being charged by the Premier League in February 2023 for allegedly breaching financial fair play (FFP) rules between 2009 and 2018.
The club is accused of concealing payments through third parties by disguising them as sponsorship revenue. An independent commission hearing took place from September to December last year, and the panel is still considering its verdict.
Stefan Borson revealed that the verdict could be announced soon, bringing an end to the long-running case.
Premier League clubs have expressed concerns about the delay in the decision, which has been ongoing for an extended period.
