Snooze Eatery Appoints New CEO
Breakfast chain Snooze Eatery has hired Josh Kern as CEO, replacing 13-year veteran David Birzon.
Kern, the former CEO of SPB Hospitality, brings over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including leadership roles at Outback Steakhouse, Smashburger, and American Blue Ribbon Holdings.

Birzon will join the chain's board of directors. Kern's appointment comes two weeks after he left his post at SPB Hospitality.
