Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas Awards Grants

- Batesville: $1,500,000 for 60 rental units, sponsored by Garrison Community Development USA and backed by Simmons Bank.
- Bull Shoals: Grant awarded to Independence Village, Inc., with FNBC Bank as the member.
