Albany Man Accused of Killing Parents
Lorenz Kraus, an Albany man accused of killing his parents and burying their bodies, is due back in court.
Kraus allegedly killed his parents, Franz and Theresia Kraus, at their home, 6 Crestwood Court, between July 2017 and September 2017.
Kraus admitted to smothering his father and choking his mother in a television interview.
Kraus' attorney, Rebekah Sokol, has not made any decisions regarding the confession, as her motions are not due for another month.
Kraus is scheduled for a compliance hearing at Albany County Court at 1:30 p.m.
