Patterson Continuing to Improve All-Around Game
Before the game against Tennessee, Kentucky running back Jason Patterson expected to play his regular role. However, starting running back Seth McGowan was injured, and Patterson's role was elevated. He responded with one of the best games of his career, rushing 16 times for 51 yards and catching 7 passes for 44 yards.
Number one, Jason did a tremendous job... We've said it all along – you never know when you're going to get your chance and when you do, for him to go out there and play well was a testament to him.
