The gruesome killing of two young women, Baleseng and Tshiamo Moramaga, sparked public outrage, with activists calling for an end to gender-based violence.
Cousins Baleseng, 21, and Tshiamo, 22, were found shot dead in Mamelodi East after a night out. They will be laid to rest on Saturday in Limpopo.
Their funeral service is being held in their hometown in Groblesdal, Limpopo. A video of their bodies lying on the side of the road circulated on social media after they were discovered by a neighbour.
