Chad Michael Murray, known for his roles as a teen heartthrob and a Hallmark star, considers his biggest role to be that of a father. His eldest daughter, Audrey, is beginning to follow in his footsteps by making her television debut at the age of 8.
On November 5, Audrey appeared alongside her father on The Drew Barrymore Show. During the interview, Murray, 44, was interviewed by Drew Barrymore, 50, while Audrey waited backstage. Barrymore asked hesitantly,
“Would it be possible for us to meet her, is that OK? If not, I’m so sorry I asked.”
Murray responded confidently,
“You know what, she’s ready. My sweet little daughter, no one ever really gets to meet her, but she’s ready.”
Backstage, Audrey and Barrymore quickly bonded over their favorite foods and the popular Netflix movie KPop Demon Hunters. Barrymore, known for starring in E.T., warmly asked Audrey,
“Where have you been all my life?”
Murray explained Audrey's musical tastes, saying,
“We have Alexa on replay all the time. Her and her little sister are constantly doing KPop Demon Hunters to a tee. She knows them all.”
Audrey humorously admitted to losing interest after the 300th viewing. The family rarely shares glimpses of their private life, but the resemblance between Audrey and her father was clear.
