The Historical Society of Nigeria successfully restored History to school curricula after years of advocacy, celebrating 70 years of scholarship and nation-building.
The Historical Society of Nigeria (HSN) waged a relentless war to restore History to the Nigerian education curriculum, which was removed by the Federal Government in the 2009/2010 academic session.
Following sustained engagement with policymakers, the subject was reintroduced by the Federal Government in March 2018.
