Compact Cottage Conundrum
When Leah Clark moved into her three-bedroom Georgian terraced cottage in 2021, she faced a daunting challenge. As she recalls,
None of my furniture would fit up the narrow stairs, resulting in her belongings being piled in the living room.
The situation was further complicated by the late hour of the move, with the removal van unloading her possessions in the dark. This led to her bed, wardrobe, and bookshelves being left just inside the front door, making it difficult for her to access the kitchen.
