State Moves Ahead with Next Stage of Ascot Vale Scheme
A 101-home social redevelopment is underway in Melbourne's north-west, as part of the Moonee Valley stage.
The Homes Victoria project aims to deliver 101 modern homes with improved communal areas, replacing old walk-up buildings by 2028.
- Community consultation is open until November 2, 2025
- Design consultation to follow in early 2026
- Final designs to be exhibited in late 2026
- Construction to begin in 2027
The development is a joint initiative between the Commonwealth Government's Housing Australia Future Fund and the Victorian Government.
