This comes after the Queensland Supreme Court criticized the ATO in the case of The King vs Julie Clarke, a therapeutics entrepreneur accused of inflating research costs.
Justice Paul Smith stayed the prosecution due to an ATO officer's misconduct in gathering evidence.
