A 13-acre lot in Greenwood Village, vacant for over 20 years, will finally be developed into a residential project.
“This piece of dirt has been there for 20-plus years, and I view it as a blight on the city,”
said Greenwood Village Councilman Paul Wiesner. The lot, located just south of the Landmark development, will feature 90 single-family homes.
“Which I’m not so sure anybody ever expected in the history of this parcel,”
said Todd Baker, an executive with Century Communities. The project will create a new gated community west of Interstate 25.
